Kevin Jacks

Specialized Academic Instructor and Teacher-In-Charge

Kevin started working for SCCOE in August 2016 and currently holds an Intern Mild/Moderate Special Education Credential, a Clear Single Subject Credential, and a Clear Administrative Credential. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with family, traveling to new cities and going to Costco.


Anne Le

Specialized Academic Instructor

Ms. Le is one of many enthusiastic Specialized Academic Instructors at OYA. She holds a single-subject credential in Mathematics and is expecting to earn her Special Education credential in December 2017. She completed her undergraduate degree in Management of Information Systems and Technology and her master of science in Educational Technology. This is her 5th successful and productive year at Santa Clara County Office of Education. Ms. Le enjoys working in her garden, hiking in national parks, and traveling to new cities and countries when she has time with her family.
